Who is Yitzhak

I am a seeker who loves exploring mind body integration. I love my meditative movement practices and journeying in the realms of personal depth work. I am an East Coast Transplant from Ft Lauderdale, FL. I find offering body work incredibly grounding and rewarding. 

My goal is to create a safe space where you are empowered. I seek to offer a nurturing environment where you can deepen into a harmonious relationship that connects all states, mental, physical, energetic and spiritual to allow for healing in depth.
